Children’s Ministry

Children’s Ministry is so important in the lives of these little ones. They are influenced by everything around them and in the world today we need to give children hope and teach them about faith. We as a family have always had a strong faith in God and this is what has helped us in our darkest moments. The morning of Penelope’s arrival we were excited to be heading to the hospital knowing that we would be bringing our beautiful daughter home to her two older siblings & complete our family. However, that was not Gods plan; he needed our precious girl as his angel straight-away. When our oldest found out that Penelope would not be coming home because she went to heaven, he stated that she was “in the best place ever and that is where we all want to be!”

How blessed are we to have our 5 year old son giving us this beautiful vision right after Penelope’s death. We are extremely grateful that he has been taught stories of the bible and believes and trusts in God. Hearing our children sing “Jesus Loves Me” throughout the days/weeks/months helped us feel at peace & gave us joy. This is why we feel the need to use “Penelope’s PATH” Foundation as a way to bless charities with a mission to minister to children as well as fund children’s ministry in our community. One idea at the top of my list it to be able to offer pay to music teachers to come in and teach students at the local Christian schools so that these bible songs can be sung daily throughout homes in our communities. We are currently reaching out to make this happen. Another even broader idea that we would like to make happen is to start up an app called “Penelope’s PATH” which would offer children’s ministry videos, music and much much more.
